Cal State University ~ Northridge

2010 site for YPS BOOT CAMP

In the past. we have used host families to host our “boot campers” but we chose a college campus for 2008 camp so that all our actors could live, train and have fun in one location which enables us to provide an even richer and more intense learning experience. We are housed in our own wings of a campus dormitory at Cal State University/Northridge. There will be 3-4 campers in a room with a camp counselor assigned to each group of 6 - 8 campers. Each dorm suite has a full kitchen but most meals will be in school cafeteria or prepared by camp staff although campers will usually prepare breakfast in their suites.

C-SUN is located about 12 miles northwest of Burbank-North Hollywood so our boot camp is still very close to the heart of the industry and our participants will visit studios and enjoy the fun and appeal of Hollywood
